Quincy to Host 2025 Prospect League Summit

QUINCY, Ill. – The Quincy Doggy Paddlers are excited to announce that the 2025 Prospect League Summit will be hosted in Quincy this fall. The league-wide event is scheduled for September 30 and October 1 and will bring together all 18 Prospect League owners and operators to discuss and vote on rules and regulations for the upcoming 2026 season.

“We are proud to bring the 2025 Prospect League Summit to Quincy,” said Director Tim Hoker. “This is a tremendous opportunity for the league to experience everything our community has to offer, and we are thrilled to showcase this great town.”

The Prospect League provides collegiate players with the opportunity to refine their skills in an environment that closely mirrors the professional level. While players sharpen their game on the field, organizations work just as hard to create the best possible environment for their teams and fans. Each club has the freedom to shape its own brand and deliver unique experiences that contribute to the league’s strong sense of community and fun atmosphere.

Quincy will serve as the focal point of Prospect League baseball during the Summit, as team and league officials are joined by guest speakers and baseball vendors from across the country. These vendors will showcase innovative products and ideas designed to enhance the fan and player experience throughout the league.

“After a successful first summer, the Quincy Doggy Paddlers have already made a meaningful impact in our community,” said Quincy Mayor Linda Moore. “Quincy was proud to welcome back a longstanding tradition and family pastime with Prospect League baseball, and hosting the 2025 Summit builds on that momentum. We’re excited to share our city’s energy, pride, and hospitality with league officials and guests from across the country.”

The 2025 Prospect League Summit will take place at The Atrium Hotel in Quincy on September 30 and October 1.
