Paddlers name Kyle Fultz as the 2026 Field Manager

The Quincy Doggy Paddlers are proud to announce the appointment of Kyle Fultz as the team’s Field Manager for the 2026 season. Coach Fultz brings extensive coaching experience and a demonstrated history of success in collegiate baseball leadership and player development.

Fultz currently serves as the Head Baseball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Dawson Community College in Glendive, Montana. Since assuming leadership of the program in December 2024, he has guided the Buccaneers to one of their most successful campaigns in recent history. Under his direction, Dawson doubled its win total from the previous season, hosted the program’s first-ever Mon-Dak playoff series, and achieved the highest team GPA on record. His leadership also propelled the Buccaneers from fifth to third place in conference standings, significantly reduced defensive errors, and produced two All-Conference selections.

Prior to his tenure at Dawson, Fultz served on the coaching staff at Dodge City Community College, where he contributed to recruiting the nation’s No. 2 junior college class, as recognized by Perfect Game. His coaching career also includes successful stints at Southern Nazarene University, Cameron University, Lawton Public Schools, and Oklahoma Christian Academy, where his programs consistently demonstrated growth in performance, discipline, and overall competitiveness.

With his proven commitment to excellence and development, Coach Fultz is poised to lead the Quincy Doggy Paddlers into a strong 2026 season.
